The house is located on a quiet residential street in the heart of downtown, Mutual Street, north of Carlton Street, 10-15 minute walk to:
Downtown attractions
Shopping
Universities
Hospitals.
Public transportation less than 5 minutes away at the College or Wellesley subway station.
The Rose Room, bright and lovely, is on the third floor of the house.
